Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Flat Rate Domestic Shipping for $4.95 - in spite of a recent postage fee increase. This saves our customers an average of $5.50 per order. In addition, we occasionally offer Free Shipping coupons. When Flat Rate or Free Shipping is offered, the order is shipped using either USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Need it to arrive sooner, or by a certain date? Simply choose (and pay) for another option. Please note our On-Line Returns & Exchanges policy below.

Shipping Policies

Items are processed and readied for shipping within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. Some orders take more time to prepare, such as international shipments. Wündertime is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us at: post@Wündertime.com. An email notification will be sent with Delivery Confirmation Numbers and Tracking Numbers (if applicable).

PayPal users please take note: When using your PayPal account, please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. Wündertime.com is NOT responsible for items delivered to old addresses that have not been updated.

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees/tax. The fee is based on the value of the items purchased and varies depending on the country of destination. We are not able to estimate the fee. If the fee is not paid or refused at the destination the item will be considered forfeit and no refund will be issued. UPS charges a hefty brokerage fee so we recommend the USPS for shipments abroad.

When your item has been shipped, you will receive notification via email. This email may include your Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number (unless opting for Free Shipping - see above). Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. We therefore strongly urge all customers to carefully consider their shipping option in relation to the final destination. UPS with signature confirmation is strongly recommended. Wündertime is not responsible for items that go missing once the package leaves the store, or once the package is delivered to a destination, such as a front porch or apartment mail room.

On-Line Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order and your experience at Wündertime.com. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the item for a refund or on-line store credit which does not expire and is good toward any item at Wündertime.com. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing your refund or store credit which is the purchase price and applicable tax but not shipping. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. You may return anything purchased at Wündertime.com with the exception of customized or vintage goods. Returned items must be: 1) in their original condition and in their original packaging; and 2) complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.

If the item is being returned as a result of damage during shipping, please:
1. Contact us as soon as possible;
2. Email a photo of the damaged item to post@wundertime.com; or
3. Request instructions as to how to return the item.
If you can send photographic evidence of the damage (please take pictures of the item, the packing materials, and box), we will replace the merchandise at no additional charge. If we do not have a replacement to offer, we will either refund or issue a store coupon for the purchase price (plus applicable shipping costs). If you are not able to email images of the damaged item, please contact us for return shipping instructions.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges for Items Purchased On-Line

Orders processed through the Wündertime website but returned at one of our two locations within 30 days of shipment qualify for a refund or in-store credit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing your refund, which is the purchase price and applicable tax, but not shipping. Store credit is offered the same day and is the purchase price and applicable tax but not shipping. You may return anything purchased at Wündertime.com with the exception of customized or vintage goods. Returned items must be: 1) in their original condition and in their original packaging; 2) complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.

Warranty

All products are covered by the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us. All warranty claims are subject to our Conditions of Use.

Vintage Items

All sales on vintage items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items). All vintage items are described, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase. Vintage products sold at Wündertime.com are in good condition and free from damage. However, we cannot ensure that Vintage products are free from the normal and expected signs of aging.
